Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love it. If you don't, you have seven days.

Seven days, no questions

Seven days from the day it lands at your door.
Send it back unworn and in its original packaging — just as lovely as when it arrived.
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98181 89939 with your order details and a real person picks it up from there.

Exchanges

Wrong colour. Wrong length. Loved it on the model, not on you. All fine.

Your first exchange is free — no extra charge, no explaining yourself.
After that, we just ask you to cover the shipping.

Refunds

Your piece comes back, we check it over, and your refund is on its way within 2 business days.
It returns the way you paid. Your bank then takes its own sweet time.
Shipping paid on international orders isn't refundable — that one's already spent.
Cancelled a COD order? The ₹110 comes back to you in full.

Cancellations

Any time before it's dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98181 89939 and we'll refund every rupee.

If it doesn't reach you

Wrong address, nobody home — it happens. The parcel comes back to us and we'll get in touch to send it out again.
