Refund policy

We accept returns within 1 day after you received your order .
Items must be in brand-new condition:
o Tags still attached
o No signs of wear or damage
o Not a custom or special order
o Not an international order
There’s a ₹200 restocking fee for all returns.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is approved, you’ll have 3 days to send it back.
Once received at our warehouse, we’ll process your return in 5 business days.

 

Exchanges
First exchange? It’s on us — no extra charge!
For additional exchanges, you’ll just need to cover the shipping cost.

 

Important Notes

Final Sale
Items marked “Final Sale” can’t be returned or exchanged.

Free Gifts
If you return your full-price order, any free gift must also be returned. If not, its value (₹1,000–₹2,000) will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we’ll make it right — no hassle. Just contact us as soon as you spot the issue.

Price Adjustments
We’re unable to offer price adjustments for past orders or items bought during sales.

Bought from a Retail Store?
Please return the item directly to the store you purchased it from. We can’t process returns from independent retailers.

International Orders

We’re excited to ship worldwide! For international shipments, we charge a flat rate of ₹2,500. If your order total is over ₹20,000 (full-price items only), shipping is on us — completely free.

Please note: Import duties and taxes may apply based on your country's regulations. These are to be paid by you, the recipient, at the time of delivery or via the carrier’s website (if available). Make sure to provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout to avoid delays.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours (excluding Sundays). Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package on its journey.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once dispatched, we’re unable to re-route shipments. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at your cost. Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels returned to us will be refunded after deducting a 900 restocking fee.

 

Returns & Refunds for International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Please email us at customercare@urbanlilith.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the defect and your order number. If eligible, we’ll issue a refund or replacement based on availability.
