Ordering and payment

How can I pay?

UPI, card or netbanking online, or cash on delivery anywhere in India. Paying online, there is nothing extra to pay at any stage.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, across India. A flat ₹110 per order is paid online when you place it — per order, not per piece, so a bigger order costs no more. The rest travels with your box and goes to the courier when it arrives. So a ₹1,499 belt on COD comes to ₹1,609: ₹110 now, ₹1,499 at the door. Cash on delivery is not available on international orders.

Are there any offers running?

Three, and they apply themselves — no code to remember. Buy any two pieces and 10% comes off. Buy three or more and it is 15%. And any Ways of Being leather earring is 40% off when you buy it alongside a belt.

Can I cancel my order?

Any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98181 89939 with your order number and we refund everything you have paid, the ₹110 COD fee included.

Shipping

What does shipping cost?

Nothing, anywhere in India. Every order, no minimum, whether you pay online or at your door. Ordering from abroad: Europe is ₹2,375 flat, and the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Singapore and the UAE are ₹2,700 flat. That rate is the same whether you order one piece or five.

How long will it take?

We pack and send within two business days, and a tracking number reaches you the moment it ships. In India, expect it in five to seven business days. Further afield, a little longer — customs sets its own pace.

Do you offer express delivery?

No. We ship one standard service, so please plan for the timings above rather than hoping for a rush.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes. Customs duties or import taxes, if your country charges them, are yours to settle. Somewhere not on our list? Say hello on WhatsApp at +91 98181 89939 and we will work it out before you pay a rupee.

Returns and exchanges

What if I do not love it?

You have seven days from the day it lands at your door. Send it back unworn and in its original packaging, message us on WhatsApp at +91 98181 89939 with your order details, and a real person picks it up from there. Your refund goes back the way you paid, within two business days of the piece reaching us.

Can I exchange instead?

Wrong colour, wrong length, loved it on the model and not on you — all fine. Your first exchange is free. After that, we just ask you to cover the shipping.

What if something is faulty?

Manufacturing faults are on us. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98181 89939 or write to care@urbanlilith.com and we will replace it or refund you.

The pieces

What size are the belts?

Most are free size — the wraps tie, so they adjust to you. Two are sized rather than wrapped: the Urban Crown Multi-Studded Buckle Belt and the Astra Leather Buckle Belt both come in 26-28-30 and 32-34-36.

Can I get a custom length?

On the wrap belts, yes. There is a charge and it depends on the piece and the length, so message us on WhatsApp at +91 98181 89939 before you order and we will quote you.

What are they made of?

Leather — which leather depends on the piece. Top-grain, suede and hair-on-hide all appear in the range, and each product page tells you exactly which. The Ways of Being earrings are 100% genuine top-grain leather, finished with rhodium-plated hardware chosen to be skin-friendly and fade-resistant.

How do I look after it?

Keep it loosely rolled when you are not wearing it, so it holds its shape. A leather cleaner comes with your belt: a small amount on a soft cloth, wiped gently in circular motions, then left to air-dry. Keep it away from water, perfume and harsh chemicals, and store it somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
